Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During launches or sales, processing may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on certain orders. Threshold varies accoring to the shipping Zone but is clearly indicated when you're doing a purchase.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@theworldanvil.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we'll do our best to help you track down your order.
Pre-Orders & Crowdfunded Products Pre-order items ship on or around the estimated fulfillment date listed on the product page. Mixed orders containing in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless you contact us to request a split shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Additional charges may apply for reshipping returned parcels due to incorrect addresses.
